Director of Student Ministry
First Baptist Church of Alexandria is seeking a full-time co-Director of Student Ministry to team with our present co-Director of Student Ministry to jointly disciple students in 7th – 12th grades and college and to lead our vibrant Student Ministry program. Lead the congregation in worship and direct the flow and elements of the worship service - Develop a weekly order of service in coordination with our lead pastor and communicate it in advance to the members of the band and tech team. Currently we use planningcenteronline.com for this task. - Direct a weekly rehearsal with the worship band that prepares for a quality performance on Sunday - Ensure that the stage set-ups, lighting, sound system, video systems, and worship presentation software are working properly and ready for the service. Communication with our A/V team will be instrumental. - Build the worship presentation on ProPresenter for each week’s service. Worship Leader
River Club Church (RCC) is a contemporary Baptist church located in Spotsylvania County, VA, just outside the city of Fredericksburg. Constructed in 2008, our building is a 38,300 sq. ft. multi-use facility with weekly in person and live stream services. The River Club worship leader is responsible for leading a weekly practice and Sunday worship service with contemporary style music with the ability to play guitar or piano and to sing. To participate in staff meetings to plan and prepare worship services and activities. To coordinate, recruit and oversee volunteers for each aspect of production: instrumentals, vocals and audio/video.

This is a part time position of 15-20 hours a week. We currently have one Sunday Service at 10:27am, (see Luke 10:27). We are surrounded by several neighborhoods and are within minutes of the city.
